Cancellation Policy
Here at Campbell River Naturopathic, we seek to serve patients who are committed to their wellness journey. As such we have a 48- hour cancellation policy. Patients who cancel less than 48 hours ahead of their scheduled appointment will be responsible for paying 100% the cost of the visit - as that time could have otherwise been used by another patient in need. In keeping with our desire to serve patients committed to their health, patients who cancel an appointment 3 times will no longer be able to book with us.
