Cancellation Policy
Here at Campbell River Naturopathic, we seek to serve patients who are committed to their wellness journey. As such we have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Patients who cancel less than 48 hours ahead of their scheduled appointment will be responsible for paying 100% the cost of the visit - as that time could have otherwise been used by another patient in need. In keeping with our mission to serve patients committed to their health and wellness, patients who cancel an appointment 3 times will no longer be able to book with us.
